Im Moment liegt Tokio-Hotel-Star Bill Kaulitz (18) in einer Klinik, schont seine Stimme, bereitet sich auf einen Eingriff vor. Auf einem seiner Stimmbänder muss eine Zyste entfernt werden. Sein Bruder Tom (18) ist die ganze Zeit bei ihm, Bill hat große Angst um seine Stimme (B.Z. berichtet).

Der Tokio-Hotel-Produzent und -Manager David Jost zur B.Z.: „Die OP wird voraussichtlich nächsten Montag stattfinden.“ Und man kann jetzt schon absehen, dass das keine „schnelle Sache“ werden wird, selbst wenn der Eingriff ein kleiner ist (endoskopisch, d.h. durch den Mund, mithilfe eines Operationsmikroskops) und reibungslos verläuft.

Jost erklärt: „Direkt nach der OP wird Bill erst mal ca. 10 Tage gar nicht sprechen dürfen, und der Heilungsprozess des operierten Stimmbandes muss dann in regelmäßigen Abständen ärztlich beobachtet werden. Die Stimmrehabilitation bei einem Logopäden wird etwa 3 Wochen dauern.“

Wie geht es Bill, woran denkt er, was wünscht er sich? David Jost: „Bill ist verrückt, der denkt jetzt schon die ganze Zeit drüber nach, wann er wieder mit dem Mikro auf der Bühne stehen kann.

Der hat ein schlechtes Gewissen wegen den abgesagten Konzerten. Das ist aber totaler Schwachsinn, bei solchen Gedanken muss man ihn definitiv stoppen. Bill hasst es, wenn man ihm Sachen vorschreibt, aber nach der OP muss die Ruhephase unbedingt eingehalten werden – und wenn man ihn dazu zwingen muss!"

The Tokio Hotel producer and manager David Jost tells: “The operation will probably be done next Monday”, and you can be sure of it that this won’t be a “quick fix”, even when the surgery is just small and goes well.

Jost explains: “Right after the surgery Bill isn’t allowed to speak for 10 days, and the healing of his vocal cords will be closely watched by his doctors. The healing time will be about 3 weeks.”

How is Bill doing, what is he thinking about, what does he want? David Jost: “Bill is going crazy, he is constantly thinking about it, when will he be able to go back on stage again.

He has got a bad conscious because of the cancelled concerts. That is just totally foolish, he just has got to stop thinking like that. Bill hates when people tell him what to do, but after the surgery he will have to stick to the healing time, even if we have to force him!”
